The sales staff were low pressure and helpful, the timelines were honoured, the installation crew was truly delightful, organized, positive and very efficient. To my surprise they cleaned up thoroughly (inside and out) they vacuumed the home, used drop sheets and left the windows completely finished inside and out, trim and caulking and all. I expected that I would have inside repairs to do after they left but it was all done, we have an older farm house so the work was not easy. We are so happy with the process and the end result, I would truly recommend HTR windows!
